Tash’s Toe Tappers

A unique experience class which has already taken Wiltshire and Bath by storm. Tash's toe tappers class is a step based class now exclusive to the conditioning zone. You'll have 45 minutes with the OG toe tapper herself where you'll master the routines, work on your cardio endurance, c0-ordination, muscle endurance and most importantly have FUN!

Her-Rox

Her-Rox will be workouts designed to help improve your performance, work on movement techinques and ultimately give you the opportunity to prepare yourself for race day.

Flexi Ladies

"Hey flexi ladies, I like your flow" This one of a kind class will make you work hard in a different way. Focusing moving the body with control and strength, building a core thats bulletproof and being a flexi lady. This class is low intensity and welcomes all abilities.

Strong Gals Club

Build confidence whilst lifting weights and getting strong. The strong gals club is a strength training style class designed to make you feel like wonder woman. All movements in the class are designed to all levels of abilities and will help you feel confident to replicate them on our gymfloor.

Fierce & Fit

Fierce & Fit is a dynamic, high-intensity circuit bootcamp designed to challenge and empower individuals of all fitness levels. This class combines strength training, cardio, and functional movements to help you build endurance, increase strength, and boost overall fitness.

Shape Her Strong

Shape Her Strong is a high-energy, full-body class designed to empower and strengthen women through resistance training. This barbell based workout utilises light to moderate weights with high repetitions, set to motivating music, to tone and shape every major muscle group.

Sweat & Sass

Sweat & Sass is a high-energy, functional circuit training class that blends strength, cardio, and agility exercises into a fun and empowering workout. Designed for all fitness levels, this class focuses on improving everyday movement patterns while embracing your inner sass.

Wild Women’s Workout

Unleash your inner strength and embrace your wild side in this empowering functional circuit class led by Josh. Designed for women of all fitness levels, Wild Women’s Workout combines strength training, cardio bursts, and functional movements to build resilience, boost confidence, and foster a supportive community.
